What does Amino-B Booster® do?
Amino-B Booster® builds and strengthens weak colonies; especially following Nosema ceranae attack or after pesticide injury. Amino-B Booster provides all necessary amino acids for healthy nurse bees as well as for production of high-quality bee milk and royal jelly for queen production.
Amino-B Booster® is also effective in helping to reduce “protein stress,” especially when bees are producing brood and available pollen sources are limited in quantity, and/or the pollen is lacking the essential amino acids, causing dying yellowing (snot) brood.
When to use Amino-B Booster®?
The Amino-B Booster provides protein and is used for Spring feeding and brood build up for pollination to maximize production. The protein provided is the amino acids that bees need.
Amino-B Booster® is also used to rapidly build up packages, nucs and swarms, and for feeding bees during times of colony dwindling, late winter, midsummer and droughts.
Final Thoughts
We recommend that Amino-B Booster® be used with Honey B Healthy® or Honey B Healthy® Super Plus to help preserve the amino acids by stabilizing the liquid protein and to increase consumption of the feed mix.
